Our program is for people 50 years and older. But anyone who wants to get stronger and move better can join. We have members who are 70 and 80 years old who are doing great with our help.

Yes, you can. Our coaches know how to work with many kinds of injuries. When you first come in, we’ll talk about any health issues you have. We’ll make a plan that’s safe for you. Many people find that getting stronger actually helps fix old problems and stops new ones.

While we don’t have in-house physiotherapists, our trainers work closely with a network of trusted healthcare professionals including physiotherapists. We can coordinate with your existing healthcare providers or recommend specialists if needed to ensure a comprehensive approach to your health.
