Our first cooking workshop was a huge success

At our very first B-One Cooking Workshop we gathered in a cosy Amsterdam kitchen, aprons on and knives ready.

Guided by Chef Daan van der Lecq, members teamed up to slice, sauté, and plate a high-protein meal that tasted as good as it fuelled recovery. The aromas were amazing, the teamwork seamless, and every plate proved that healthy eating can be seriously exciting.

Why do we host sessions like this?

Because real, lasting change happens mainly outside of our studios.

When you know how to turn a few fresh ingredients into a balanced meal in ten minutes, healthy eating stops being a chore and starts being automatic—“I do,” not “I should.” And when you learn those skills alongside fellow members—sharing tips, tasting each other’s dishes, cheering small wins—good habits anchor even deeper. The result? Progress that follows you home, to work, on holiday—everywhere life happens.
