Astrid is a certified personal trainer with a deep passion for helping people feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies—especially women navigating life’s hormonal shifts. What started as a personal mission to learn how to train herself soon turned into a calling to support others.
Originally from Venezuela, Astrid had been living in Spain when COVID hit. She moved to the Netherlands during the pandemic, looking for purpose and a way to help people through movement. She brings a thoughtful, science-based approach to strength and longevity. Her coaching is rooted in more than just sets and reps. It’s about energy, recovery, sleep, nutrition, and the emotional side of training too.
Astrid works with people of all ages and backgrounds but has a special focus on women’s health. From postpartum recovery to perimenopause and beyond, she tailors training to each life stage. And always with long-term wellbeing in mind.
