Excellent experience, with a pleasant personal touch. I have been training at B-One for 3 months now and I'm impressed by the results. My personal trainer is very engaged with my progress whilst continuously aiming for improvement on exercise (both form & weight-wise) and nutrition. Overall, the team is fun to work with and the atmosphere is pleasant. Great thing is that a maximum of 3 clients are allowed simultaneously, which means no waiting time during exercises and full availability of all equipment. I can highly recommend.
