On Sunday 8 February, we’re hosting a nutrition workshop focused on the foundations that truly make a difference. No trends, no extremes — just clarity on how to eat in a way that supports your body, your training and your energy levels.

The session is led by Mitch, dietitian from Source Diëtist, who works with a practical, lifestyle-based approach. Together, we’ll unpack what “abs are made in the kitchen” really means in everyday life.

What this workshop is about

During the workshop, you’ll be introduced to three core nutrition principles that form the foundation of sustainable results.

You won’t get a fixed meal plan. Instead, you’ll leave with a clearer framework to make better nutrition choices, day after day, alongside your training.
