Faraaz brings calm energy, clear structure, and a personal touch to every session. With over 9 years of experience in strength training, he’s developed a deep understanding of how movement builds not just muscle, but confidence.

His journey started by helping friends and family get into fitness. Something he always found incredibly rewarding. That sense of fulfillment eventually led him to make a career switch. After coaching group sessions in the corporate world, he joined B‑One to focus on what he loves most: 1‑on‑1 training that really makes a difference.

Faraaz believes that consistency, communication, and a good plan are key. His coaching style is supportive yet precise, and he’s especially passionate about helping people build sustainable habits that last far beyond the gym.
