Coach at oud-zuid

Mika

Mika’s fitness journey started early. As a teenager, she fell in love with strength training through school and personal coaching and that spark quickly grew into a full-blown passion. From chasing visible abs to competing in powerlifting, Mika discovered how training could reshape not just her body, but her mindset and confidence.

That transformation inspired her to help others do the same. Today, she’s a personal trainer who’s just as focused on technique as she is on mindset, lifestyle, and nutrition. Struggling with bloating herself, Mika began exploring anti-inflammatory eating and realized how many “healthy” recipes online fell short. That led her to create her own cookbook: Chronic Anabolic, packed with high-protein, bloat-friendly meals to fuel your gains and feel good.

Her golden rule?
Aim for one physical win, one intellectual win, and one spiritual win every day.
