For Patricija, personal training is about much more than physical progress. It’s about creating space (mentally and physically) to feel stronger, more grounded, and more in tune with yourself.
Her own journey into fitness started with group classes. Over time, that curiosity turned into a deep love for strength training. She began exploring different forms of movement, from powerlifting to mindful mobility, and became fascinated by how the body responds to consistent training, proper rest, and a supportive environment.
Before joining B‑One, Patricija studied physiotherapy and worked as a mobility and strength coach. She’s also deeply interested in mindset and motivation: what drives people to change, and how we can build routines that feel both sustainable and empowering.
In her sessions, Patricija creates a calm and focused atmosphere. She meets you where you are, listens closely, and helps you build a rhythm that works. In both your body and in your life. Expect thoughtful guidance, honest conversations, and a lot of positive reinforcement.
