After watching his design classmates become permanently stuck to their chairs, Tobie made a career change at 17 to help people stay active. With experience training clients from teens to 80-year-olds, he brings both serious knowledge and a darker sense of humor to B-One.

Tobie’s not interested in getting you beach-ready by Friday. His game is longevity. Whether he’s teaching an 80-year-old to deadlift (yes, really) or quietly revolutionizing your daily habits. While other trainers promise six-week transformations, he’s plotting your fitness journey for the next several decades. His specialty? Small changes that actually last. “Try using smaller plates,” he’ll suggest with a smile, or “Let’s find a healthier version of your favorite daily food.” Every client gets Tobie’s complete attention and a fitness plan that fits into real life.
