For Yulia, movement has always been more than exercise. After more than ten years as a professional dancer, she knows what it means to ask a lot from your body. And how important it is to understand what it needs in return.
Strength training became a turning point in her own career. What started as a way to overcome injuries developed into a completely new sense of body awareness. Working with a personal trainer herself showed her how much the right coaching could change the way you move, train and feel. It also sparked her ambition to give that same experience to others.
Today, Yulia combines a sharp eye for detail and technique with a compassionate, light-hearted coaching style. There’s no need to perform for her. Whether you walk into the gym full of energy or after a stressful day, you can show up exactly as you are. She’ll meet you there and adapt the training accordingly.
Her own journey still shapes the way she coaches. A year and a half ago, she couldn’t do a single chin-up. Now she does them with extra weight. For Yulia, that progress is a reminder of what consistent strength training can do. Not just physically, but for the confidence you have in your own body.
And while her background is rooted in dance, she’s a strong advocate for women taking strength training seriously. Rather than treating the body as fragile or letting every new fitness rule dictate how you train, she believes in understanding your body, supporting it with the right nutrition and recovery, and discovering what it’s capable of.
Her philosophy? You don’t have to show up perfectly. You just have to show up as yourself.
