Recap: Breathwork & Ice Bath Experience with Yves van Veen

On Saturday, July 12th, we welcomed a group of members  for a second round of our Breathwork & Ice Bath Experience—guided by breathwork facilitator Yves van Veen.

It was an afternoon of transformation. Through focused breathwork and the cold plunge, participants pushed past their comfort zones and tapped into a new kind of strength. One rooted in calm, connection, and resilience.
