On Saturday, 13 September, we welcomed a small group of inspiring women into the studio for a special Flower & Spice workshop. The goal? To slow down, reconnect, and explore how skincare and aromatherapy can work together to support both skin and soul.
Led by skincare expert Karmen and aromatherapist Sarah, the session dove into the power of natural ingredients. We explored essential oils like lavender, chamomile, and rosemary—learning how they can calm the nervous system, uplift your mood, and enhance your daily rituals.
There were hands-on moments too. Guests experienced a gentle mini-facial using botanical products, discovered new routines that fit their lifestyle, and took time to tune into what their skin truly needs.
At B‑One, we believe true well-being goes beyond physical training. It’s about taking care of the whole self—mind, body, and energy. This workshop was a perfect reflection of that.
Everyone left with a glow that came not just from their skin, but from taking time for themselves.
