I’ve been working with the team for about 2 months and have already seen and felt a big difference. The training sessions are challenging but achievable, with lots of coaching around technique and correct form. I’ve worked with a few of the different trainers here and the standard is consistently high with them all.The gym itself is also really well equipped and never crowded, there are normally only a couple of other people training at the same time as me. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming and it’s a great environment to train in.Alongside the training, the advice and support around nutrition has been super helpful and I have definitely improved the way I approach nutrition and eating.
