Our personal guidance doesn’t stop at a good workout. We are a listening ear and understand your needs and wishes, because you know best how you feel. But we challenge you within your limits with goal-oriented, effective and constructive training sessions.

B-One has prenatal and postpartum personal training programs designed to enhance your body. Our Mom Program is aimed at supervising (strength) training and nutrition during and after your pregnancy. We work with prenatal and postpartum fitness experts, physiotherapists and dietitians to coach you safely during this period. To make you feel comfortable, you will always train one-on-one in one of our fully equipped, private studios.
